She is also active on corporate matters, advising on general corporate day-to-day operations (incorporations, approval of accounts, share capital increases, management changes, transformations….), and handles legal formalities and the updating of corporate registries.
Perrine began her career in 2000 with Orsay, where she worked for 12 years. After spending two years with Delsol Avocats, she joined Agilys Avocats in October 2014.
