He has recognized experience in the field of small, mid and large cap LBO transactions. He advises both buyers (particularly investment funds) as well as sellers (transaction structuring, negotiation and drafting of investment documents, negotiation of financing documents (senior and mezzanine debt), management packages…).
Before co-founding Agilys Avocats, Pierre successively co-founded Orsay (1996-2001), became a partner with Nomos (2001-2004), co-founded Intuity (2004-2008) and became a partner with Dentons (formerly Salans).
Pierre holds a post-graduate diploma (DESS) in international law (Paris I) and a degree in business law.
