Discover all our skillsAfter advising investment funds on a large number of corporate finance transactions, Frédéricque developed a recognized expertise in the field of acquisition finance, structured finance, project finance and real property finance.
Her main clients include credit institutions and mezzanine funds but she also advises Private Equity funds as well as borrowers on the structuring, negotiation and restructuring of their financings.
Frédéricque began her career at Arthur Andersen International in 1991, and was then executive manager in charge of legal affairs with the social housing group Solendi. She then spent 13 years with Orsay, of which 11 as a partner, where she created the acquisition finance department. Before co-founding Agilys Avocats, she had been a partner with Delsol Avocats since 2012, where she co-headed the Paris office’s “Corporate Law – Mergers & Acquisitions” department.
Frédéricque holds a post-graduate diploma (DESS) in business and tax law from the University of Paris II and a diploma from the Institut de Droit des Affaires in Paris II.
