Eric Haber
Business litigation, arbitration and mediation, complex contractual structures, business combinations and restructurings
Eric Haber specializes in general business litigation and complex contract structures. For 15 years, he headed Orsay’s “litigation and arbitration” department, advising on conflicts between shareholders, between sellers and buyers, funds and founders, banks and borrowers, and more generally on regulatory, contractual and judicial issues involving businesses.
His pronounced taste for eclecticism and negotiation means that Eric is able to draw on his broad experience of business combinations and financing and restructuring transactions to enhance his litigation practice.
Eric was also noticed for his ventures off the beaten tracks at the time of the adoption of the law of 12 May 2010 on the opening up to competition and regulation of the online gambling and gaming sector.
Eric created his individual private practice in 2011, and joined Agylis Avocats as a "Best Friend" Lawyer.
Eric holds a post-graduate diploma (DESS) in business and tax law from the University of Paris II (1993).
