Carolle Thain-Navarro specializes in tax and most notably advises on transactional tax matters and on the tax aspects of mergers & acquisitions and restructurings. She has also developed specific expertise in the field of private equity and regularly advises her clients (particularly investment funds) on their transactions, both on the seller-side and on the buyer-side. She also has solid experience of general business corporate tax issues and advises French and international groups on their tax issues (tax consolidation, tax result optimization, taxation of financial flows, exceptional transactions, tax audits).

Carolle began her career at Arthur Andersen International in 1999, then joined law firms Bird&Bird, Dentons (formerly Salans), and King&Wood Mallesons SJ Berwin as Counsel, before co-founding Agilys Avocats.

Carolle is a graduate of HEC and holds a post-graduate diploma (DESS) in international taxation (Université Paris II).
