David Kalfon

Specialised in Banking and Finance law, David Kalfon advises many credit institutions and large firms in relation to corporate, asset, acquisition and project financings. He also advises several French banks in relation to banking regulation and consumer laws and important companies in financial difficulties.
David is also the counsel of entrepreneurs and start-up managers in many sectors of activity. He provides them the legal advice and the assistance they required in the key areas of business law and defends their interests in the context of any civil and commercial litigations.
David began his career in the international law firm Dentons (formerly Salans) in 2011. He created his individual private practice in 2016, and joined Agylis Avocats as a "Best Friend" Lawyer.
David is graduated in Business Law from the University of Paris V (2009) and Paris XI/ESSEC (2010).
